Book a time for your 90min 1:1 session

Book a time that works for you for our online meeting where we’ll discuss your business operations, your goals for your business both long term and short and what is realistic for your business to implement and achieve.

Your review and recommendations

Within one month of our 1:1 session you will receive a details review and recommendations document. This document will cover the review we undertook of your business operations, planning and marketing and the recommendations we have to help you achieve the goals you have set.

Implementation plan

Once you receive your review and recommendations document you have access to a 90min 1:1 session to work through an implementation plan that will work for you and your business.

This package is a one off review and recommendation that will help businesses who are already established and operating.

Quarterly Consulting

We don't just hand you a plan and disappear; we roll up our sleeves to help you implement, step by practical step, so you can finally nail those important business goals.

You're busy. We get it. Quarterly consulting isn't about adding another thing to your to-do list; it's about making the things you're already doing work better. Think of it as having a practical, down-to-earth advisor check in regularly, someone who's genuinely invested in seeing your business thrive. You'll get that valuable outside perspective – the kind that cuts through the noise and helps you see the clearest path forward. And let's be real, sometimes you just need someone to bounce ideas off who gets the small business grind. That's part of the deal too.

Book a time for your 90min 1:1 session

Book a time that works for you for our online meeting in this meeting we’ll work through where you currently are and where you want to go, what’s working and what’s not working currently.

Draft Plans

We’ll draft business plans and strategies in line with our 5 Keys to Business and send them to you for review. Nothing about this process is us telling you what to do, we’re working with you the whole way.

Month 2 and 3

Once you have the draft strategies and plans you have access to 8 x 60min 1:1 sessions where we can help you with implementation of the strategies and plans or tackle new hurdles together.

Ongoing Consulting

Worked with us before and love having us around? Enjoyed having a sounding board and someone to help you with your planning and strategy?

We’re pleased to offer an ongoing consulting package for clients who have worked with us previously in a Review and Recommendations or Quarterly Consulting capacity.

What’s included:

5 hours per week of service for 12 weeks Broken into what you need - 1:1 sessions, document review or writing or strategy development

Due to the personalised nature of this package, we can only take a limited number of clients on.
